This is a hand dyed piece of fabric. It’s hand dyed with indigo dyes. To get the pattern, the fabric was folded and and tied with blocks. Very interesting to make and you get a one of a kind piece of fabric.
This piece was dyed on top quality very soft Kona cotton broadcloth. It would look great in quilts and also would make one of a kind placemats for example. The indigo blue is fresh and crisp against the white soft fabric.
The dyeing process is more messy than fabric painting but the result is fun.
The size is 42″ wide and 14″ long.
Don’t miss this one of a kind so popular indigo dyed fabric.
